Your order total
Review the selected items, currency, shipping charges, taxes collected at checkout and final total before paying. Your order confirmation records the amount charged.
Discount codes
Apply an eligible discount code at checkout and check that it appears in the final total before completing payment. Each offer is subject to its stated conditions.
If a payment is declined
Check your billing details or contact your payment provider. Before attempting another payment, check whether an order confirmation has already arrived.
Refunds
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. See Returns & Refunds for eligibility and processing times.
