Returns & Refunds

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Email support@buddhalotus.co with your order number before sending an item back.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, unworn and in their original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Personalized or custom-made products and items marked Final Sale are excluded from change-of-mind returns. This does not affect your rights for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

Start a return

  1. Email support@buddhalotus.co with your order number and the item you would like to return.
  2. Wait for approval, return instructions and the correct return address.
  3. Send the item using a trackable shipping service and retain proof of postage.

Do not use the business address as a return address unless it is specified in your return instructions. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us within 48 hours if there is an issue. Include your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable. This reporting request does not limit any statutory rights.

Return shipping

You are responsible for return postage for an eligible change-of-mind return. We cover return postage for defective or incorrectly supplied items. Any original shipping charge is non-refundable for change-of-mind returns, except where required by law.

Refunds

We will email you after your return is received and inspected. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Allow 5-10 business days for processing by your bank or payment provider.

Cancellations and exchanges

Contact us within 12 hours of purchase to request a cancellation. After that period, processing may prevent cancellation. For an exchange, contact us before returning your item so we can confirm available options.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable withdrawal rights and remedies for faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods.
