Processing and delivery
Our current shipping estimates allow 2-5 business days for processing and 7-20 business days for standard shipping after dispatch. Any delivery estimate shown for your selected service at checkout takes precedence. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Customs clearance, local carriers and peak periods may affect delivery.
Shipping charges
Check the shipping total at checkout before placing your order. Any free-shipping offer applies only when it is displayed for your order; availability may depend on the destination, items or promotion.
Tracking
When your order ships, your shipping confirmation email includes tracking information. Carrier updates can take time to appear after a label is created. Visit Track Your Order for help.
Delivery address
Please check your address and contact information carefully. Email support@buddhalotus.co as soon as possible if a correction is needed. Changes may not be possible once an order has been processed or dispatched.
Customs and import charges
International orders may incur import duties or taxes. Charges collected at checkout are shown in your order total; additional charges assessed by the destination authorities are the recipient's responsibility where permitted by law.
Delayed or missing orders
Contact support@buddhalotus.co with your order number if tracking shows a problem or your parcel is overdue. If it has not arrived 60 days after dispatch, contact us to arrange a replacement or refund under the existing delivery policy.
