How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 7–20 business days, depending on your location. Express shipping takes 6–8 business days. All times are estimates and do not include customs delays.

What if my package is lost or delayed?
If your package does not arrive within 60 days of shipping, please contact us at luke08081818@gmail.com with your order number. We will help you resolve the issue.

Are your crystals and gemstones natural?
Yes, we use genuine natural crystals in all our products. Minor variations in color, texture, and inclusions are normal and part of their natural beauty.

How do I cleanse and care for my crystal jewelry?
We recommend keeping your piece away from water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals. To cleanse your crystal, you can use moonlight, sage smoke, or gentle sound. Store it in a dry place when not wearing.

What is the meaning of my zodiac/natal bracelet?
Each zodiac or natal bracelet is designed with traditional Chinese metaphysics in mind. The stones and symbols are chosen to support your energy, balance the five elements, and bring positive intentions. For details on your specific design, feel free to contact us.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange my jewelry?
Due to hygiene reasons, worn, opened, or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

How do I request a return or refund?

What payment methods do you accept?
