- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

- If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method

7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, due to hygiene and product nature:
- Used, worn, or altered items (including bracelets, necklaces, and earrings)
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
- Crystal healing accessories and spiritual items, once opened or handled
8. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, before they enter the processing stage. After this period, orders may already be prepared for shipping and cannot be canceled.
