Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your package.
How to Track Your Order
- Check your order confirmation email for your tracking number.
- Click the "Track My Order" link in the email to view the latest shipping status.
- If the link does not work, you can track your package using the 17track website:
https://t.17track.net/en
Enter your tracking number there to view updates.
Common Tracking Questions
Why hasn’t my tracking information updated yet?
It may take 3–5 business days for the carrier to scan your package after it leaves our warehouse, especially for international orders. Please allow some time for updates to appear.
What if my package is delayed or lost?
If your package has not arrived after 60 days from the shipping date, please contact us at luke08081818@gmail.com with your order number. We will help you resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
